Implementation of Official Dispatch No. 2457/BGDĐT-GDĐH dated May 19, 2025 from the Minister of Education and Training regarding guidelines for university and college admissions(Công văn số 2457/BGDĐT-GDĐH; Các Phụ lục kèm theo Công văn 2457/BGDĐT-GDĐH). the Admissions Council of the VN-UK Institute for Research and Executive Education (VNUK), University of Danang, hereby informs candidates about the practice of registering for university admission on the Ministry of Education and Training’s system in 2025 as follows:
1. Registering for University Admission on the Ministry of Education and Training’s System

👉 Please follow the guide below to register for university admission on the Ministry’s system:
STEP 1: Access & Log In to the System
1.1 Visit: https://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn/Account/Login
1.2 Enter the required information: Citizen ID/ID card/Personal identification number, login code (provided by the provincial Department of Education and Training), and verification code to log in.
STEP 2: Register Admission Preferences
After logging in successfully, the system will display the homepage interface. Click “Register for Admissions Information” on the left-hand menu.
2.1 On Screen 1 (List of Direct Admissions Preferences), the system will show any direct admission preferences you have. Select them (if you wish to include them alongside other preferences), set the preference order, and click Next.
On Screen 2 (Add Preferences), review your selected preferences. Note: Preferences without the status “Recorded” are not saved.
2.2 For candidates without direct admission offers, Screen 1 will be skipped. Go to Screen 2 and click “Add Preference”.
Enter preference order, institution code (e.g., VNUK – DDV for first choice), program code, and repeat for all preferences. Then click Next to proceed to OTP verification.
STEP 3: Enter OTP & Confirm
On Screen 3 (Enter OTP), request an OTP as instructed, enter the code, and click Confirm Registration.
STEP 4: Final Review
On Screen 4, check the list of preferences you have registered to ensure all information is correct.
2. Editing Preferences
Step 1: Log in, go to “Register for Admissions Information”, and on Screen 4 click the edit icon.
Step 2: Edit the preference information and click Save.
Step 3: The updated preference will appear on Screen 2. Click Next to proceed to OTP verification.
Step 4: Enter OTP as in Step 3 above.
Step 5: Review the updated preferences on Screen 4.
3. Deleting Preferences
Step 1: Log in, go to “Register for Admissions Information”, and on Screen 4 click the delete icon for the preference you wish to remove.
Step 2: Confirm deletion.
Step 3: Enter OTP as in Step 3 above.
Step 4: Review the updated preferences on Screen 4.
4. Payment & Receipt Printing
4.1 Click Payment at the top right to pay the application fee according to the number of preferences registered.
4.2 After completing payment, click Print Receipt to save the transaction proof.
(You can review your transaction history in the corresponding menu.)
5. Important Notes
From July 16 to 5:00 PM, July 28, 2025, candidates can change universities/programs, adjust preference order, edit, delete, or add preferences.
Candidates must also submit academic and English proficiency information on VNUK’s internal system (deadline: 5:00 PM, July 28, 2025) to be considered for bonus points.
