From August 24, 2023 to before 5:00 PM on September 8, 2023, all admitted candidates must complete the first round of online enrollment confirmation on the system.
To confirm university enrollment for 2023, candidates need to follow the steps below:
Step 1: Access the Ministry of Education and Training’s portal via the following link: https://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn/
Step 2: Log in
Candidates can log in using two methods: via the Ministry’s system or via the National Public Service Portal. However, to ensure stable access, candidates are advised to log in through the Ministry’s system using the account previously provided.
In the login section of the Ministry’s system, candidates only need to enter the following information:
Citizen Identification Number / Identity Card Number / Military ID Number
Login Code
Verification Code
After filling in the above information, candidates click “Log in”.
Step 3: Check Admission Results
On the interface after logging in, candidates select the section “Check Admission Results”.
Step 4: Check Admission Results
- For each application choice the candidate has registered, the result will be either Admitted or Not Admitted.
- Priority is given to the choice ranked highest.
Example:
If a candidate is admitted to their first choice, the result will show Admitted for Choice 1 and Not Admitted for all remaining choices.
If the candidate is not admitted to Choice 1, the system will continue to evaluate the next choices in order.
Step 5: Confirm Enrollment / Re-confirm Enrollment
The candidate selects the program/school where they have been admitted. Then click the “Confirm Enrollment” button as shown below:
After clicking “Confirm Enrollment”, the system will display a message asking the candidate to confirm once again. At this stage, the candidate clicks “Agree” to complete the enrollment confirmation process.
Step 6: Check the status “Enrolled”.
For the application choice where the candidate has confirmed admission, the status section will display “Enrolled”. At this point, the candidate has successfully completed the university admission confirmation process.
Note: Candidates will not be able to cancel their online enrollment confirmation by themselves; instead, they must contact the university for further assistance.
Regulations on Notification of Admission Results and University Enrollment Confirmation in 2023
Specifically, Article 21 of the Regulations issued together with Circular No. 08/2022/TT-BGDĐT stipulates the notification of admission results and enrollment confirmation as follows:
– The training institution shall send an admission notice to successful candidates, clearly stating the necessary procedures for enrollment and the candidate’s enrollment method.
– Candidates must confirm their enrollment online via the system before completing the enrollment process at the training institution.
– For candidates who fail to confirm enrollment within the prescribed time limit:
If there is no legitimate reason, the candidate shall be considered as having declined enrollment, and the training institution has the right not to admit them.
If due to illness, accident (with certification from a district-level or higher hospital), or natural disasters (with certification from the district-level or higher People’s Committee), the training institution shall consider admitting the candidate or reserving the admission result for later enrollment.
If due to errors or mistakes by admission staff or the candidate, the training institution shall proactively coordinate with relevant individuals and organizations to review the evidence and decide whether to admit the candidate or reserve the admission result.
– Candidates who have confirmed enrollment at one institution are not allowed to participate in admissions at other institutions or in subsequent admission rounds, except where permitted by the training institution.
