VNUK has the following organizational structure:

University Council – The University of Danang Council
The University Council of a public university is the governing body that represents the rights of the owner and relevant stakeholders. As VNUK is an affiliated unit of the University of Danang, its University Council is also the Council of the University of Danang. The University of Danang Council is responsible for strategic orientation and major issues related to VNUK. The Council currently has 29 members.

Institute Leadership
Dean
The Dean is the legal representative of the Institute and is directly responsible for managing and operating all activities of the Institute. The current Dean of VNUK is Dr. Nguyen Hiep.

Vice Dean
The Vice Deans assist the Dean in managing and operating the Institute’s activities, are directly in charge of specific areas as assigned by the Dean, and handle other tasks delegated by the Dean. VNUK currently has two Vice Deans: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Giang Thi Kim Lien and Dr. Tran The Vu.

Scientific and Training Council
The Scientific and Training Council advises the Dean on the following matters:
– Academic training activities;
– Scientific and technological activities;
– Collaboration with enterprises and international partnerships;
– Development of human resources and infrastructure in support of education and scientific research;
– Recommendations to the University of Danang regarding the selection of educational quality accreditation bodies; assessment methods for students’ learning and training outcomes; measures to improve training quality and ensure output standards; evaluation of the quality of the Institute’s website, scientific journals (if any); and review of education and scientific research management within the Institute.

Faculty
Faculties are academic units under the Institute, established by the President of the University of Danang based on the Dean’s proposal. Currently, the Institute has three faculties: the Faculty of Business and Economics, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, the Faculty of Science and Technology, and the Language and Foundation Studies Unit.

Administrative Unit
The administrative units of the Institute include: the Department of Academic Affairs and Education Quality Assurance, the Department of Science and International Cooperation, the Department of General Administration, the Finance Team, and the Department of Student Affairs, Partners and Communication.
