I. ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

Step 1: Successful candidates must confirm enrollment online on the Ministry of Education and Training system from 08:00 on August 24, 2023 to 17:00 on September 08, 2023. (See detailed instructions here).

Step 2: Candidates register for enrollment and receive the Letter of Admission directly at VNUK.

• Time for in-person enrollment: From 08:00 on August 25, 2023 to 17:00 on September 09, 2023 (excluding Saturday–Sunday, August 26–27, and National Day holiday September 01–04, 2023).

• Location: 1st Floor, VNUK Building, 158A Le Loi Street, Hai Chau I Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City.

II. REQUIRED ENROLLMENT DOCUMENTS

1. Original certificate of 2023 High School Graduation Examination results (with barcode).

2. Certified copy of High School Transcript and original for verification.

3. Original Provisional High School Graduation Certificate (for candidates graduating in 2023), or a certified copy of the High School Diploma/Continuing Education Diploma (with original for verification).

4. 01 certified copy of Birth Certificate, 02 photocopies of National ID/ Citizen ID card, 04 passport-sized photos (3×4 cm, ID photo style).

5. Proof of eligibility for priority admission (if applicable, as regulated by MOET).

6. Certified copy of International IELTS Certificate or equivalent English certificate (if any).

7. Party Membership Transfer dossier (for Party members) / Youth Union record book (for Youth Union members).

8. Original Nomination Decision (for candidates who are officials, officers, or soldiers).

9. Other requirements in accordance with VNUK regulations.

III. FEES TO BE PAID

1. Estimated tuition fee for Semester I, Academic Year 2023–2024:

– Software Engineering: 14,500,000 VND

– Other majors: 20,250,000 VND

2. English placement test fee (if no IELTS certificate/placement test result): 450,000 VND

3. Health insurance (from October 01, 2023 to December 31, 2024): 850,500 VND

4. Initial medical check-up fee: 95,000 VND

5. Voluntary personal accident insurance: 70,000 VND

6. Youth Union fee: 96,000 VND

*On the enrollment day, students are required to pay all the above fees.

**Note: If the student already has health insurance under a family plan, please submit a photocopy upon enrollment. If not, purchasing health insurance is mandatory.

IV. ORIENTATION WEEK PLAN

Students are required to be present in Da Nang before September 25, 2023 to attend the Orientation Week and Citizenship Activities. Refer to the 2022 Orientation Week program [here].
