On September 28, 202X, the Vietnam–UK Institute for Research and Executive Education (VNUK), University of Danang, took part in the kick-off of the hackathon “WildHacks: Real AI For Biz Challenge.”

The event brought VNUK students together with peers from other universities in Danang, while also creating opportunities to connect with professors from Westmont College (USA). It served as a source of inspiration, motivating students to challenge themselves, explore technology, and nurture an innovative mindset.

On this occasion, VNUK and Wildcats signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), committing to:

– Connecting students with an international network of scholars, scientists, and experts.

– Collaborating on research projects and initiatives linked to real-world business practices.

– Creating opportunities for internships, hands-on experiences, and career development.

The signing ceremony reaffirmed VNUK’s dedication to expanding international partnerships while empowering students to innovate, push boundaries, and deliver impactful solutions for the community.

Following the kick-off, students from across Danang will form teams and embark on a 24-hour challenge, where bold ideas will be developed, tested, and refined to address real business problems faced by local enterprises.
