Successful Signing of MOU Between VNUK and SCI to Enhance Education, Research, and Technology Transfer
Recently, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Vietnam-UK Institute for Research and Education (VNUK), University of Danang, and the Stem Cell Institute (SCI), University of Science, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, was successfully signed. This collaboration promises to open many opportunities to improve the quality of education, scientific research, and technology transfer.
Common Goals of VNUK and SCI
Both parties, with the desire to strengthen their relationship and jointly move towards the internationalization of higher education, have agreed to promote the following cooperative activities in the academic fields:
Leveraging Human Resources, Facilities, and Infrastructure: Maximizing the potential of both institutions’ human resources, facilities, and infrastructure to bring the best value to the education pathway.
Enhancing Professional Competence: Elevating the expertise and professional skills of staff members while creating optimal developmental conditions for students, ensuring a well-rounded and comprehensive education.
Increasing Visibility and Promoting the Image of Both Institutions: Enhancing communication and publicity efforts to serve the long-term, stable, and sustainable development of both VNUK and SCI.

Cooperative Activities Between VNUK and SCI
According to the agreement, VNUK and SCI will support each other in the development of training programs, professional development, and the issuance of relevant certifications. In addition, VNUK and SCI will collaborate on research projects and scientific programs with high application potential, contributing to the development of science and education in line with the strengths of both parties.
Outstanding students from VNUK will be selected for internships and recruitment opportunities at SCI, providing favorable conditions for their study, training, and skill development.

The Signing Ceremony Marks a Significant Milestone in Enhancing the Quality of Education at VNUK
VNUK hopes that this signing ceremony will provide the best development conditions for all staff, faculty, and students of the Vietnam – UK Institute of Research and Training; establishing a solid foundation for faculty and students to pursue academic research and unleash their full potential.
In recent years, VNUK has been involved in signing cooperation agreements to promote various international training programs with top universities from the UK and other developed countries, aiming to continuously enhance the quality of education, in line with its position as the first public international university in Central Vietnam.
