As part of a one-week academic visit to the VNUK Institute for Research and Executive Education (VNUK), the University of Danang, a delegation of faculty members and students from Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica (UNA Costa Rica) participated in an Academic Workshop with faculty and students from VNUK’s Department of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The workshop served as one of the key academic activities during the visit, fostering academic exchange and strengthening international collaboration between the two institutions.

The workshop featured a series of presentations showcasing innovative ideas and student projects from both VNUK and UNA Costa Rica. Through presentations, discussions, and interactive Q&A sessions, students from the two universities exchanged diverse perspectives on technology, innovation, and approaches to addressing global challenges.
Throughout the workshop, faculty members from VNUK’s Department of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) provided valuable academic feedback, professional insights, and constructive recommendations to help students further develop their ideas while strengthening their research capabilities and project development skills.

Beyond its academic value, the workshop also offered an excellent opportunity for Vietnamese and Costa Rican students to connect, exchange cultures, and build lasting friendships. Through collaborative discussions, group activities, and meaningful interactions, participants gained memorable experiences while contributing to the vibrant and multicultural learning environment that VNUK continuously strives to cultivate.

The programme also reflects VNUK’s ongoing commitment to internationalisation. By actively collaborating with universities around the world, VNUK aims not only to enhance the quality of education but also to equip students with global perspectives, intercultural competencies, and the skills needed to thrive in an international environment.

Through initiatives such as the Academic Workshop with Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, VNUK continues to strengthen its role as a bridge for international academic collaboration, creating valuable opportunities for students and faculty to engage in global learning, research, and practical experience. The workshop also lays a solid foundation for expanding long-term partnerships and developing sustainable collaborative programmes between VNUK and its international partners in the years to come.
