On September 20, 2025, the VN-UK Institute for Research and Executive Education – The University of Danang (VNUK) held its 2025 Undergraduate Graduation Ceremony.
The event was attended by representatives of The University of Danang’s leadership; heads of functional departments; leaders of member universities; VNUK’s board and staff; business partners; along with the graduating students and their families.
Out of 124 graduates this year, 68 achieved excellent or outstanding academic results.
In his address, Dr. Nguyễn Hiệp – Director of VNUK – extended his congratulations to the new Bachelors and Engineers, while expressing his pride in this year’s graduating class. He emphasized:
“Graduation is not an end. It is a gateway to a new world – broader, more exciting, and also more demanding. You will certainly face new challenges. But challenges are the catalyst for growth. Keep dreaming. Keep venturing. You are the generation that will write the next chapter of VNUK.”
Beyond academic success, the graduates have been equipped with the knowledge and skills to solve problems in both life and work. At VNUK, students not only study entirely in English but also experience a multicultural environment with peers, lecturers, and experts from the UK, Korea, Singapore, the United States, Norway, and more. VNUK takes pride in its students’ professional attitude and learning spirit – qualities highly valued by employers. Many students have even secured job offers before completing their studies. This achievement stems from their own effort, supported by constantly updated curricula designed with input from experts, employers, students, and alumni, combined with diverse real-world experiences that foster growth and knowledge.
For the academic year 2025–2026, VNUK is introducing four new undergraduate majors to meet labor market demands. Currently, VNUK attracts nearly 1,500 learners across levels, with 3 faculties and 14 undergraduate programs spanning Economics, Engineering, and Life Sciences, along with a master’s program delivered in collaboration with a UK university.
At the ceremony, student representatives expressed their gratitude and determination to pursue future goals, grounded in the knowledge, experience, and skills they gained throughout their time at VNUK.
Today’s graduates are a strong source of motivation for The University of Danang in general, and for the faculty and staff of the VN-UK Institute for Research and Executive Education – The University of Danang in particular, to strive toward the goal of becoming the first international public university in Central Vietnam. With their degrees in hand, VNUK expects that the new Bachelors and Engineers will confidently seize career opportunities, achieve success, and contribute meaningfully to society. At the same time, as alumni, they will serve as a bridge between the university and the community, spreading VNUK’s values and embodying its slogan, “Inspiring Bridge,” so that current and future generations of VNUK students may learn, follow, and grow into seeds that help cultivate a better society.
