On the morning of January 19, 2024, the Vietnam–UK Institute for Research and Executive Education (VNUK), University of Danang, hosted an inspiring closing ceremony for the VNUK Freshman Internship Programme 2023. This event was an opportunity to reflect on the internship journey of our students, and to express gratitude for the valuable contributions and support from our lecturers, leaders, and departments.

The ceremony was honored to welcome distinguished guests and staff who had accompanied the interns throughout the programme, including:

• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Giang Thi Kim Lien – Vice Director, Vietnam–UK Institute for Research and Executive Education (VNUK)

• M.A. Nguyen Le Loc Tien – Head, International Business and Management Department

• Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu – Secretary of the Youth Union, Vietnam–UK Institute, University of Danang

• Mr. Nguyen Tuong Vo – Head, Career Services & Corporate Relations Unit

Along with programme coordinators and specialists.

The event began with a talented musical performance by students from the International Business and Management programme, followed by a video capturing the memorable experiences of the interns, along with heartfelt sharing from both students and their mentors.

In her inspiring speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Giang Thi Kim Lien emphasized the importance of integrating theory with practice, and praised the growth and progress of students after the internship. She offered her congratulations and special encouragement to the students, expressing hope that they will continue to develop and confidently enter the job market. She also extended her sincere thanks to all faculty and staff who had dedicatedly guided and accompanied the interns.

One of the highlights of the ceremony was the presentation of internship completion certificates to the students. VNUK Career Service congratulated the Top 5 Outstanding Interns of the Freshman Internship 2023:
