On March 13, 2026, a delegation from the University of Danang (UDN), led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu – President of UDN, along with Dr. Nguyen Hiep – Dean of the VNUK Institute for Research and Executive Education (VNUK), and representatives from member universities, had a working session and attended the Conference on High-Quality Human Resource Development with the leadership of CT Group.
At the conference, leaders of both sides officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), marking an important step forward in connecting the university and the enterprise, especially in strategic technology fields.

Partnering with a leader in core technologies
CT Group is a multi-sector corporation with a pioneering edge in technology development and innovation. Currently, CT Group focuses on strategic core technologies such as Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), semiconductors, digital twins, biotechnology, and the environment. Establishing a strategic partnership with CT Group opens up great opportunities for UDN students in general and VNUK students in particular to approach the most advanced technology trends.

Core of the partnership: Human resource development and promoting innovation
The core content of the MOA focuses on two main areas to directly improve the quality of training and research:
- Implementing the “Co-op program” and “Expert project”: Under the agreement, CT Group’s member units will accept UDN students for internships and practical experiences, realizing the goal of “practical learning for a solid career”. At the same time, CT Group will assign experts and recruiters to directly participate in the process of building and updating the university’s training programs to closely meet the practical needs of the market.
- Promoting Science & Technology and Innovation: The two sides agreed to coordinate the formation of research spaces (tech labs/hubs) and develop practical programs (camps) for students right at the corporation’s technology spaces. Additionally, experts from CT Group will accompany, consult, and support the incubation of students’ startup ideas from the embryonic stage until they are ready for commercialization (spinoff/startup).
The signing event between UDN and CT Group perfectly aligns with VNUK’s strategic orientation in training high-quality human resources with outstanding integration capabilities and strongly developing a startup and innovation ecosystem closely linked to business realities.
Incubating startups and innovation right on campus
Not stopping at vocational training, UDN and CT Group also agreed to coordinate the formation of technology spaces (labs/hubs), as well as provide research equipment support at member universities.
Experts from the enterprise will directly accompany, consult, and support bringing students’ startup ideas to the Trading Floor for incubation, towards technology transfer and commercialization. This is an ideal environment for students to bravely step out of their comfort zones and challenge themselves with real-world problems of society.

Becoming a generation of students ready for the digital era
The cooperation signing event between UDN and CT Group once again affirms the strong commitment of the higher education system to continuously improving training quality and closely linking the lecture hall with reality.
With a continuously expanding corporate partner network and the “Learning by doing” philosophy, VNUK is committed to providing students with outstanding employment advantages right from when they are still at the university.
