The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, commonly known as the United Kingdom (UK) or Britain, is an independent sovereign state in Europe. This country is located off the coast of mainland Europe, including the British Isles, northeastern Ireland along with many other small islands.

Cooperation between two governments

VNUK Institute for Research and Executive Education is an important achievement after the Memorandum of Understanding on the establishment of VNUK University was signed in January 2013 in London, witnessed by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on his visit to the UK. Both VNUK Institute for Research and Executive Education and VN-UK International University (phase 2) were born from the partnership between the University of Danang and Aston University (United Kingdom) with the support of the British Council. The core of VNUK is the UK – ASEAN Research Center invested by the British Council, Aston University and the University of Danang.

Living in Danang

When I first arrived in Da Nang, I was amazed but at the same time unfamiliar by what I experienced. But the teachers and students at VNUK in particular were very kind to assist carefully, as well as the residents of Da Nang in general were overly kind and welcoming. For me these are wonderful experiences and after returning home, I still remember the people and the worth-living beauty of Da Nang city.

Vehicles

VNUK is located in the center of Da Nang city, where there are many transportations, and the system of bus stations is subsidized for students. If you care about protecting the environment, saving travel costs, and avoiding the stress of driving by yourself, the bus is the most appropriate choice.

Parking

To secure order and reduce traffic jams, VNUK has placed instruction boards for students to park their personal vehicles. Throughout the year, the university has also implemented redesigning and expanding the parking lot projects.
