Transfer Program with VNUK – International Business Management (IBM)

Bachelor’s in International Business Management
• Transfer Duration: 1 or 2 semesters (equivalent to 1 academic year)
• Minimum VNUK Study: At least 2 years for Bachelor transfer. 1 semester for Certificate (IBM or International Marketing).
• Language Requirement: IELTS 5.5 or equivalent; CESINE offers an English assessment if needed.
• Academic Approval: Required from VNUK’s Faculty Head.

Transition form

• For the Bachelor degree of International Business Administration: students need to complete at least two years of study at VNUK.
• For International Certificate of Business Administration or International Certificate of Marketing: students need to complete at least 1 semester at VNUK.

Tuition Fees (2026)

• Bachelor of International Business Management: €5,990 for one academic year (162 million VND per year).
• International Certificate of Business Administration (30 credits): tuition fee is €2,250 per year.
• Certificate in International Business Environment or Certificate in International Marketing (60 credits): tuition fee is €4,500 per year. Includes theory + 6-month paid internship (€200–600/month)

Living Costs & Health Insurance

• Accomodation: €170-300 per month (~ 8 million VND per month).
• Food: €150 per month (~4 million VND per month).
• Total: €320 – €450 (~12–13M VND)

Health Insurance:
Mandatory for all international students; to be arranged before or upon arrival.

Visa & Part-Time Work

• Visa Application: Submit your student visa application at the Spanish Embassy in Hanoi.
• Part-time Work: Not permitted. International students cannot work during their studies at CESINE. CESINE provides updates on any changes in regulation.
