- Coordinate recruitment activities, career seminars, dialogues, and collaborative projects.
- Support students in connecting with the labour market and provide career orientation.
- Facilitate entrepreneurship initiatives and mobilise scholarships and sponsorships from businesses.
3. Communications & Admissions Advisory
- Develop internal and external communications strategies.
- Manage content for the official website, fanpage, and communication channels.
- Design publications and produce multimedia content.
- Organise events, promote institutional image, and manage media relations.
- Conduct direct and online admissions advisory activities.
- Coordinate application processing, result announcements, and enrolment support.
- Manage and archive admissions records.
4. Alumni
- Organise activities and events to strengthen alumni engagement.
- Mobilise alumni to support students in mentoring and career guidance.
- Connect alumni with businesses to facilitate internships and employment opportunities.
- Manage the alumni database and maintain communication with graduates.
