The Vietnam – UK Institute for Research and Executive Education (VNUK), The University of Danang, is honored to accompany the “Ring the Web3 Bell” competition organized by Bybit and Tether, in collaboration with the University of Education – The University of Danang. The event is sponsored by the Danang Center for Innovation and Startup Support, with the participation of the University of Economics – The University of Danang, Swinburne University (Vietnam), and Quang Nam College. The competition targets students and pupils aged 16–23 who share a passion for blockchain and digital assets.

- Students and pupils in Danang City (aged 16–23).
- Representatives of the Board of Rectors, lecturers, and administrative departments of the University of Education – The University of Danang.
- Representatives of the Danang Center for Innovation and Startup Support.
- Delegates from the Department of Science and Technology, Department of Finance, Danang People’s Committee, local universities, colleges, and high schools, along with media agencies and enterprises.

2. Online Preliminary Round
- Time: 10:00 – 11:00, October 22, 2025
- Format: Livestream via the official fanpage of the University of Education – The University of Danang and the Student Union’s channels
3. Offline Final Round
- Time: 08:00 – 12:00, October 25, 2025
- Venue: Gymnasium, University of Education – The University of Danang
IV. OBJECTIVES AND SIGNIFICANCE
- To introduce and spread knowledge about Blockchain and Web3 among students through the interactive competition format “Ring the Knowledge Bell” – learn with fun, compete with enthusiasm, and celebrate achievements.
- To help students gain insights into new technologies and strengthen awareness of global digital transformation trends.
- To enhance collaboration among universities, businesses, and government agencies, fostering a practical academic environment that encourages innovation and creativity among young generations.
- To promote the image of partner institutions in Central Vietnam, highlighting the university’s pioneering role in integrating new technologies into education, nurturing innovative learning, and positioning Danang as a dynamic center of technology and creativity in the region.
