On October 7th, students majoring in Biomedical Science (BMS) had a very meaningful experience during their study visit to Da Nang Family General Hospital.

It is known that Family Hospital – Da Nang Family General Hospital inherits a dedicated and reliable service style from the Family Doctor Center, trusted by over 10,000 patients. With the operating principle that “Reputation must be affirmed through the quality of medical examination and treatment” customers are guided thoroughly by a professional care team through the medical examination processes, procedures, and fast, convenient medical record handling. With modern infrastructure and a devoted team of staff, doctors, and nurses—operating at a scale of 250 beds and offering a full range of specialized departments—Da Nang Family General Hospital has affirmed its position and prestige in the field of medical practice and staff training.

During this visit, VNUK students had the opportunity to observe firsthand the working procedures, modern medical equipment, laboratories, and the offices of medical staff and doctors. They gained valuable insights into a modern, professional, and friendly working environment.

In addition to the interesting experiences at the hospital, VNUK students had the opportunity to listen to sharing sessions from leading experts at the hospital about the professional work of doctors and researchers. This was a chance for students to gain a deeper understanding of their field and the noble journey of “saving lives” they are pursuing.

It was a proud moment during this visit when current students and VNUK alumni were able to “reunite.” The “senior” alumni working at the hospital also took the time to meet and share valuable lessons and real-life experiences with their “junior” counterparts after their own efforts and dedication.
