Shaping the Future of Sustainable Higher Education through Digital Transformation
1. Overview of the Erasmus+ DIGITAL MOVE Final Conference
Recently, VNUK participated in the Erasmus+ DIGITAL MOVE Final Conference, hosted by the University of Danang (UD) as part of the implementation of the DIGITAL MOVE project—an international initiative aimed at promoting sustainable digital transformation in higher education.
The conference brought together universities and partners from Europe and Asia, providing a platform to review project outcomes and discuss strategic directions for digital innovation in higher education.
2. Key Outcomes and Academic Exchange
At the conference, project partners jointly reviewed and evaluated the implementation results of DIGITAL MOVE in Vietnam and Mongolia, with the University of Danang serving as one of the key institutional partners.
The event also functioned as an important academic and professional forum, where participating institutions shared:
- Practical experiences in digital transformation
- Project results and implementation models
- Lessons learned in digital teaching, learning, and governance
In addition, partners reviewed work packages, administrative tasks, and reporting requirements in accordance with Erasmus+ project regulations.
3. Strengthening International Cooperation and Future Directions
A major highlight of the conference was the discussion on establishing the DIGITAL MOVE Network, aimed at sustaining collaboration beyond the project’s official timeline. Partners explored new and long-term cooperation directions for the 2026–2030 period, focusing on:
- Digital education and training
- Research collaboration
- Innovation and capacity building
The conference activities also contribute to communication efforts and data collection for THE Impact Rankings reporting.
