How to make an application to join us

The VNUK’s enrollment period for the academic year 2023–2024 is described below. Information is provided to parents and students regarding the admissions requirements, training disciplines and majors as well as information about international foundational programs. Please click on the link or image to learn more about your topics of interest.

In addition to the direct admission regulated by the Ministry of Education and Training, students applying for admission to VNUK have a choice of three methods. These other methods are: Admission by independent enrollment method (Record + Essay + Interview); Admission based on high-school graduation exam scores in 2023 and Admission based on high-school academic results (records).

Admission Procedure

Methods Selection

VNUK will consider admission in four ways for the 2023 enrollment period: Admission based on high-school graduation exam scores in 2023; Admission by independent enrollment method (high-school records, personal essay and interview are required); Admission based on high-school academic results (records); Admission based on the Ministry of Education and Training regulations

Application

Prepare documents with the admission by independent enrollment method. Register desired majors with the admissions based on high-school graduation exam scores. Fill out the registration form and submit it with the admission based on high-school academic results. Register examination with admission based on results of competency assessment tests. Application form for admission, time and place of application submission will be announced by the University of Danang.

Submission

Students submit documents and fees. Regarding the admission by independent enrollment method, students must participate in an interview with the Admissions Committee. Regarding the admission based on high-school academic results, students must submit the application form and documents. Students register and adjust their desired majors following the current Admission Regulations.

Announcement

VNUK Institute for Research and Executive Education, the University of Danang, decides to publish the list of admitted candidates based on the admission examination results and the candidate’s method of registration.

Admission Letter

The University of Danang sends the admission letter with notice of admission procedures to candidates at the registered address.

Confirmation

Admitted candidates must submit their admission letter, required documents and complete the registration procedure within the prescribed time.

  • Fill in the registration information on the system.
  • Print the application form with complete information of the candidate, sign and confirm.
  • Upload all required files.
  • Click the send button.
  • Contact the Admissions Department to confirm the submission of the application.

Application for independent enrollment admission (International Program)

  • Admission application form (Form 1B) with all required information (download here)
  • 01 copy of high school records* (notarization is optional);
  • 01 copy of high school diploma with notarization (for students graduating before 2022);
  • 01 copy of ID card/citizen identification (notarization is optional);
  • Copy of IELTS certificate or equivalent English certificates (if any);
  • Certificate of achievement, participation in extracurricular activities (if any);
  • Payment receipt of registration fee (for candidates applying directly at the application point) or a copy of postal transfer receipt of registration fee (for candidates submitting application by post) or proof of transfer fees via bank account;
  • The demonstration of priority policy subjects (if any)

Note: Candidates who do not have 3-year high school records can submit transcripts of 5 semesters (10th grade, 11th grade and the first semester of 12th grade). The school will require additional original documents for later confirmation.
