International Tourism and Hospitality Management

Output Standards

Students majoring in International Tourism and Hospitality Management upon graduation need to achieve the following standards:

Apply economic concepts, theories, principles and processes, management and business into practice of Tourism and Hospitality businesses.

Evaluate the impact of macro and micro environmental factors on organizational strategy and operations in the Tourism and Hospitality industry.

Strategic planning, organization and implementation of business strategies and business functions such as finance, human resources, marketing, and operations of domestic and international enterprises.

Develop human-centered start ups for the Hospitality and Tourism industry.

Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills through skilled use of quantitative analysis tools and techniques.

Develop the skills needed for the 21st century, such as effective communication, teamwork, and professional behavioral skills in a working environment.

Fluent in English (IELTS 6.5), office computer skills (MOS 750), and at least one data analysis software.

Have growth mindset, have the ability to adapt, face and overcome difficulties and challenges.

In the direction of sustainable development, have personal, professional ethics and a sense of responsibility toward the society.

Graduation conditions

At the end of the course, students will be recognized for graduation if:

Accumulate amount of knowledge of the Training Program;

Complete the prescribed Political Education and Physical Education modules;

Possess a National Defense and Security Education certificate;

International IELTS score of 6.5 (and above) or TOEFL iBT score of 79 (and above);

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification or IC3 (Digital Literacy Certification) – granted by the World Informatics Organization Certiport (USA);

Be granted a certificate of participating in a project with a foreign individual, have worked for an organization with foreign elements, or have participated in an international exchange program, short-term visit, exchange program students, or transfer to universities abroad.

Participated in the boot camp program with at least 04 workshops on professional working skills, career path orientation, and received certification.
