The Asian Workshop on Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Materials and Devices (AWWBSMD)

The Asian Workshop on Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Materials and Devices (AWWBSMD) will be organized by the VN-UK Institute, The University of Danang. This event will bring together distinguished scientists, researchers, and scholars from Vietnam, South Korea, and China, with extensive experience in the field.

The event provides an excellent opportunity for networking, knowledge exchange, and fostering research collaborations in the semiconductor sector. This contributes to enhancing the quality of professional training and research cooperation for faculty members, staff, and students in various scientific fields at VNUK and The University of Danang.

Participants in the Workshop:

The workshop will feature renowned speakers from Vietnam (The University of Danang), South Korea (Korea University, Hanyang University, etc.), and China (Peking University, Tsinghua University, etc.), who will present and discuss their recent advanced research and achievements in semiconductor optoelectronic materials and devices.

• Vice Dean: Prof. Dr. In-Hwan Lee – Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Korea University, South Korea.

• Faculty members and staff at the VN-UK Institute, The University of Danang.

• Scientists and students who are currently researching or studying in the field of semiconductors, both from Vietnam and internationally.
