In the academic year 2024–2025, Phan Thi Minh Hang, a student of class 23NTT, majoring in Materials Technology (with a specialization in Nanotechnology) under the Faculty of Science and Technology, not only achieved excellent academic results but also demonstrated her strong passion for scientific research through a series of remarkable accomplishments:
- First Prize at the Student Scientific Research Conference 2024–2025
- First Prize at the University of Danang’s Student Scientific Research Award 2024–2025
- Co-author of a paper published in the Journal of Materials Chemistry C
- Recipient of the Pioneer Scholarship – 100% tuition fee scholarship for three consecutive years
- Semifinalist of the 27th Euréka Scientific Research Competition 2025

She expressed deep appreciation for her lecturers, particularly Dr. Le Hoang Sinh, Head of the Faculty of Science and Technology, for his dedicated guidance and support. “These experiences have helped me grow tremendously and achieve the outcomes I have today,” she said.

When asked what message she would like to convey to younger students, Minh Hang shared: “Stay persistent with your goals and make the most of the opportunities that VNUK offers.
