Amidst the hustle and bustle of exam season, VNUK Mental Health Week 2026 – “PIECE BY PIECE” became a small, quiet pause—a chance for every student to listen to themselves and recharge with positive energy. Let’s look back at this incredible journey!
The piece of listening: A gentle start
The week kicked off with tender emotions at the “Emotional Booth & Positive Messages” in the school lobby. In this cozy corner, students illustrated their moods on a vibrant color palette. By picking a random message from a mysterious box, each person received a small mental gift that provided a huge boost of positivity for the week ahead.

Beyond the physical space, VNUK launched an online sanctuary called “Unsaid Words, Shared Hearts.” This was a completely anonymous space for students to open up. With no accounts needed and no real names required, dozens of unspoken stories were finally shared. Some came to unburden their hearts without fear of judgment; others stepped up as companions, leaving behind words of sincere encouragement. Kindness truly found its voice, helping us realize that we are never alone on this journey of growing up.

The piece of creativity: Finding your unique “light”
Healing often comes from the smallest details. The “LIGHT UP YOUR PIECE” craft workshop took place in an incredibly warm atmosphere. VNUK believes that every person carries their own unique “inner light.”

Mixing a bit of craftsmanship, creativity, and light is the gentlest way to soothe the soul. Students meticulously embroidered and designed their own zodiac-themed LED models. Amidst the laughter and joy with friends, every stitch helped weave a one-of-a-kind, personal masterpiece.
The piece of movement: Releasing positive energy
Moving away from quiet contemplation, VNUK-ers stepped into the explosive energy of the “PIECE IN MOTION” workshop at 11 Dance Studio.

When the music started, all the stress from long hours of studying melted away. With no more pressure weighing them down, the students eased into gentle warm-ups and stretching before immersing themselves in every dance move. This was the perfect “piece” to relax both body and mind while recharging with powerful, positive energy.
The “grand finale”: Where Pieces Connect
The highlight that closed out Mental Health Week 2026 was a special trip taking nearly 40 lucky “pieces”—including both high schoolers and VNUK students to the arts complex HANGART.danang.

After refueling with special welcome drinks, everyone embarked on a journey through three unique experiences:
Identity Piece: Receiving a one-of-a-kind, custom-engraved pin that captured their own unique identity.

Heritage Piece: Stepping into an artistic space to explore 12 traditional Vietnamese craft villages and capturing countless stunning check-in photos.

Empathy Piece: Joining a “Sign Language” workshop with a hearing-impaired guide. By carefully learning every hand sign, participants realized that sincere connection doesn’t always need words—it only requires empathy from the heart.

Conclusion: The echoes of our pieces
As VNUK Mental Health Week 2026 comes to a close, every “piece” has contributed to a journey of listening, sharing, and connecting. From the courage to open up to moments of creativity, movement, and the deep empathy found in sign language, everything contributed to a truly meaningful week.
Sincere thanks to all the “pieces” who joined us to create this journey. Always remember: the healing process begins the moment you allow yourself to open up. See you at the next love-filled destination at VNUK!
