The Vietnam-UK Institute for Research and Executive Education (VNUK), University of Danang, is delighted to welcome 5 exchange students from Óbuda University (Hungary) to study at VNUK in the first semester of the 2025–2026 academic year. This event marks a significant step in international student exchange activities and enriches the multicultural academic environment at VNUK.
Strategic Partnership: Óbuda University
Óbuda University is one of VNUK’s long-term and trusted partners. Over many semesters, the university has consistently sent students to participate in exchange programs at VNUK. The year 2025 marks a new milestone, with 5 Hungarian students “landing” at VNUK simultaneously—the largest number ever recorded in the collaboration between the two institutions. These students will study at VNUK for 1–2 semesters, participating in classes, extracurricular activities, and field trips relevant to their majors.

International Student Community at VNUK in the 2025 Academic Year
This academic year, VNUK proudly hosts over 60 international students for study and exchange, creating a diverse and vibrant community at the institute. The international student cohort includes:
– 4 students from U.S. universities (via USAC)
– 5 students from Hungary (Óbuda University)
– Over 50 students from Northern European countries (Kulturstudier program)

The diversity of student origins fosters an intercultural learning environment, empowering VNUK-ers to expand their global networks and enhance their communication and collaboration skills in a globalized context.
VNUK continues to solidify its position as an international destination in Da Nang, not only through the number of exchange students but also through program quality and sustainable partnerships with universities worldwide. We are committed to expanding our partner network, diversifying exchange programs, and providing more academic, research, and experiential opportunities for students
