- Advise and assist the Head of Institute in managing financial and accounting affairs.
- Organize revenue collection, expenditures, accounting, and the management and use of financial resources, assets, funds, and other lawful revenues of the Institute.
- Develop annual budget estimates and financial plans, and ensure their implementation once approved.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial statements and settlement reports; participate in financial inspection, supervision, and auditing.
- Administer salary payments, allowances, benefits, and other expenditures in accordance with regulations.
- Maintain and archive accounting records and documents in compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments on financial management; perform other duties assigned by the Head of Institute.
