The VN – UK Institute (VNUK), University of Danang, will join the global community in Earth Hour 2024 on Saturday, March 23, 2024, with the mission of raising awareness and saving energy by turning off lights.
Students, lecturers, and staff at the Institute are encouraged to switch off lights from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM, joining over 190 countries and territories in making a positive impact on the planet.
Earth Hour serves as an important reminder that small, conscious actions can lead to significant change.
To help promote a greener planet, VNUK will turn off lights in the following areas:
Building signage lights
Central Building – lighting will be reduced to a minimum
