Based on Article 4 of Official Dispatch No. 3883/BGDĐT-GDĐH on the implementation of university admission regulations regarding enrollment confirmation and enrollment procedures for candidates:
The period for confirming university admission in 2023 on the online system is from September 16, 2023 until before 5:00 PM on September 30, 2023.
Time for candidates to receive university admission letters in 2023
In 2023, universities applied multiple early admission methods, with some institutions announcing admission results to candidates even before the High School Graduation Examination.
According to the Ministry of Education and Training, the time to notify candidates of admission (first round) is before 5:00 PM on September 17, 2023; the deadline for online enrollment confirmation on the Ministry’s system (first round) is before 5:00 PM on September 30, 2023.
It is expected that after September 17, 2023, universities will send admission letters so that candidates can register for enrollment before the deadline regulated by the Ministry of Education and Training.

Original admission letter.
Student profile with photo affixed, stamped across the photo and certified by local authorities.
Provisional high school graduation certificate for candidates graduating in 2023; original and certified copy of the high school diploma for candidates graduating before 2023.
Certified copy of high school transcript, with the original for verification.
Certified copy of National ID card or Citizen ID card.
Copy of birth certificate.
Health certificate issued by a district-level clinic.

Guidelines for online university enrollment confirmation in 2023
The procedure for enrollment confirmation in 2023 is as follows:
Step 1: Access the website http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn to confirm university admission.
Step 2: After logging into the online system, click on the “Lookup” section in the system menu.
– Select the “Admission Result Lookup” section in the system menu, then the list of universities that the candidate has applied for will be displayed
Step 3: Proceed with enrollment confirmation
– If the displayed result for a university where the candidate applied shows “Admitted”, the candidate should carefully consider and select the university they wish to attend, then click the “Confirm Enrollment” button.
– After clicking “Confirm”, the candidate must click “Agree” to complete the enrollment confirmation for the academic year 2023.
Step 4: Re-check information
– After completing the steps above, the candidate should check the enrollment status on the online system. If the status shows “Enrolled”, it means the enrollment confirmation for 2023 has been successfully completed.
