Annual Report UD-2023 presents numerous outstanding and comprehensive results and milestones.
Since 2016, the Annual Report has been UD’s signature yearly publication, providing a comprehensive overview of the values and achievements of 2023, as well as the outlook for 2024. The main sections include:

System Overview: A comprehensive summary of areas such as Human Resources, Training, Quality Assurance, Educational Accreditation, Science and Technology, International Cooperation, Political and Social Organizations, Student Activities, Facilities, and Financial Planning.

Aspirations & Vision: The New Year 2024 message from UD’s President, reflecting the collective efforts to implement the UD Development Strategy toward 2030, with a vision to 2045, aspiring to become a National University in line with the Politburo’s Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW.
