Introduction
The scholarship recognizes VNUK students with outstanding achievements in contributing to the community when participating in community programs run by VNUK including annual volunteer trips, mentoring programs for high school students.
Scholarship Value and Benefits
- 5 to 10 million VND for 01 academic year;
- Participate in 02 free skill courses of ETC Professional Skills Training Center;
- Priority to participate in VNUK’s Future Leaders Program.
Requirements for scholarship consideration
- Completed the Foundation program (year 1) and have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.7/4;
- IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent).
Criteria for consideration and grant of scholarships
- Leadership potential demonstrated through previous community service activities;
- Achievements and impacts made on the community in the semester or school year prior to the application for the scholarship;
- Other personal characteristics: Level of commitment, responsibility to work; self-development motivation is assessed through an interview with the Scholarship Review Board.
Requirements for the scholarship’s maintanance
- Participate in training courses at the request of the Student Associations;
- Commit to spend an average of 12 hours per month in at least 1 semester participating in community activities.
Scholarship Application
- Scholarship Application and Letter of Motivation (minimum 500 words)
- Copy of cumulative transcripts;
- Report on activities performed in the past semester per year;
- Copies of participation in extracurricular activities certificates.
