Biography

Dr. Nguyen Thi My Huong is known as an educator who focuses on strategies to improve the quality of higher education and develop students’ competencies and career skills. With nearly 20 years of teaching in universities at VN-UK Institute For Research and Executive Education (VNUK), University of Economics, and The University of Danang, Dr Huong is known as a lecturer with a lot of enthusiasm and passion for inspiring and teaching, especially in the modules of innovative start-ups, design thinking, and research methods in business. She completed her PhD in Business and Management at the University of Manchester (member of the Russell Group – a strong network of Research Universities in the UK). During her studies in the UK, she participated in short-term research in the University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign, and in Copenhagen Business School. With observations accumulated over more than 20 years in education as a learner, a teacher, an entrepreneur, and a congresswoman, Although the journey may be challenging, Dr.Huong plans to work nonstop along with her faith and aspirations towards the creation of the inspiring bridge at VNUK.
