Confirming university enrollment on the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) System after receiving admission results is a crucial step to ensure that candidates are officially recognized as admitted students and are eligible to enroll. Timely and accurate confirmation secures the candidate’s place at the admitted institution. Failure to complete this step within the prescribed timeframe will result in cancellation of the admission offer.
The Admissions Council of the Vietnam–UK Institute for Research and Executive Education (VNUK), University of Danang hereby provides detailed instructions on how to confirm enrollment on the MOET System for 2025 as follows:

👉 Please follow the instructions below to confirm enrollment on the MOET System:
STEP 1: Access & Log in
1.1 Visit: https://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn/Account/Login
1.2 Enter all required information, including: Citizen ID/ID Card/Personal Identification, login code (issued by the Department of Education and Training), and verification code to access the system.
STEP 2: Review Admission Results
Once logged in successfully, the homepage interface will appear. Select Tra cứu → Tra cứu kết quả xét tuyển sinh (Lookup → Admission Results Lookup) on the left menu.
This function allows candidates to view the results of their registered preferences. It also provides the option to confirm enrollment online for successful offers.
STEP 3: Confirm Enrollment at the Admitted Institution
Within the Tra cứu (Lookup) section, the system will display all registered preferences and their respective admission results. Those marked as ‘Admitted’ will be highlighted.
3.1 Verify the institution name, code and program to ensure accuracy with your registered preference. If multiple offers are available, only one may be confirmed.
3.2 Click the confirmation icon next to the admitted preference to begin the enrollment confirmation process.
This step must be carried out with precision and certainty. Once confirmation is completed, candidates cannot change to another preference.
3.3 After clicking the confirmation icon, a final confirmation dialog box will appear. Select Đồng ý (Agree) to finalize the enrollment confirmation.
* Note: Confirmation can only be made once. Therefore, ensure your decision before selecting Agree.
STEP 4: Verify Enrollment Status
After completion, return to the homepage and check the Trạng thái (Status) of your preference. If “Đã nhập học” (Enrolled) is displayed, your confirmation was successful.
If the status has not yet updated, the system may require additional processing time. Candidates can log back in after a few minutes or check their network connection.
STEP 5: Complete the Enrollment Confirmation
Once the system records your confirmation successfully, you are officially recognized as enrolled. Next, prepare your hardcopy documents and await further instructions from the institution regarding on-site enrollment procedures. Retain your confirmation details for future reference.
2. Important Notes
Enrollment confirmation is a mandatory and decisive step for candidates to become official freshmen of 2025. Ensure timely completion of the confirmation process on the MOET System, and additionally on the VNUK System if you have been admitted to VNUK.
- Deadline for online enrollment confirmation on MOET System (expected): by 17:00, August 30, 2025. Candidates who do not confirm within this period will have their admission results canceled.
- For candidates admitted to VNUK, please also confirm enrollment on VNUK’s dedicated System (deadline: September 3, 2025) after completing confirmation on the MOET System.
