The Department of Administration advises the Head of the Institute in the following areas: organizational structure; recruitment, management, deployment, rotation, appointment, training and professional development, planning, evaluation, emulation and commendation, disciplinary actions, asset and facilities management, and implementation of policies and entitlements for staff and employees.
The Department also holds responsible for administrative reform; planning and general affairs; clerical and archival work; general administration and logistics; organizing training programs to enhance professional knowledge and skills for staff and employees; investment, procurement, maintenance, renovation, and management of physical facilities; internal affairs, security, and order; legal affairs and inspection; and fire prevention and control.
