In reality, the way you communicate is a decisive factor in whether you are heard, trusted, and given opportunities. To explore this further, on the morning of November 25, 2025, VNUK held the workshop “The Power of Professional Communication” for students of the Business English program.
A seasoned guide
The highlight of the workshop was the participation of Mr. Ngô Việt Phương, Director of Operations at InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort.
With more than 20 years of experience leading teams in an international-standard environment, he shared practical insights into management and operations. His stories and lessons, drawn from real work experience, helped students approach communication skills in a relatable and highly applicable way.
Equipping students for professionalism
Throughout the workshop, students were provided with essential “survival communication skills” needed in the workplace, including:
Flexibility: mastering different forms of communication and applying them appropriately in each context.
Presentation mindset: presenting ideas clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
