Students are requested to carefully read the guidelines provided in the announcement sent to your Outlook email to prepare the required documents on time.

  • Application submission period: From the date of this notice until November 7, 2025 (Friday)

  • Submission venue: Office of Student Affairs, Career Services, and Communications (end of the corridor, 3rd floor – VNUK)

  • Required documents and supporting papers: Please refer to the detailed instructions in the attached announcement. This year, the eligible categories have been updated; students must verify their eligibility carefully to prepare the correct documents.

Note: All documents must be submitted in hard copy and must have been issued or notarized within the last 6 months.
