March – the final month of spring – still lingers with a gentle drizzle before giving way to the dry sunlight of April’s summer days, creating moments that invite both wandering and haste.

So why not pause for a while at a small exhibition to admire a few brush strokes – hurried yet whimsical – painted by the little hands of children, yet carrying heartfelt emotions and youthful dreams. This is not only an artistic space for them to express their talents and passion for painting, but also a place where they share their stories and aspirations through each piece, with hopes for a brighter future. With that belief, creARTe is proud to officially announce that the Small Exhibition will be held at Hichi Coffee on March 30, 2024. The Small Exhibition is a milestone marking the conclusion of the ART de enfants | Colors and Me project series, with the purpose of showcasing artworks created by children from the Danang Street Children’s Center and the Village of Hope. These works are the outcome of four workshops organized by creARTe – VNUK Art Club.

The lines and colors in the exhibited paintings speak in place of words, narrating life stories and feelings that sometimes cannot be told or have yet to find a way of expression. However, the true mission of creARTe goes beyond sowing seeds of kindness – it is about sharing. Each visitor’s presence contributes a spark of hope to disadvantaged children in general, and to the young artists in particular.

Through this exhibition, creARTe aims to dedicate all proceeds raised to supporting children at the Village of Hope and the Children’s Shelter. This will be a powerful source of encouragement for them to move forward toward a promising future.

At “A Few Brush Strokes”, visitors will be immersed in and enjoy four unique artistic spaces, each with its own theme:

1. SONDER – Living your life vividly, as yourself.
2. ANCHOR – With steady faith, you take the next step.
3. LULLABY – A song for you, to lean on during a summer noon.
4. JOVIALITY – The joy you keep for yourself; when grown up, you gift it back to yourself.

Each exhibition area will convey a distinct message and imagery, allowing you to experience the journey to the fullest. Admission is free.
