  • Xây dựng công cụ truyền thông, ấn phẩm tài liệu, tư liệu và viết bài về các nội dung liên quan đến học bổng, đời sống sinh viên trên mạng xã hội, website….
  • Chụp ảnh, quay video tại các chương trình, sự kiện của bộ phận Công tác sinh viên VNUK.
  • Trực tiếp tham gia tổ chức trong các sự kiện của VNUK (hội thảo, giao lưu học sinh, phụ huynh và chương trình khác).
  • Hỗ trợ phòng/ban có liên quan trong việc lên ý tưởng và lập kế hoạch các sự kiện truyền thông.
  • Quản trị nội dung và nên tảng truyền thông trên mạng xã hội
  • Thiết lập và duy trì mối quan hệ hiệu quả với các nhà báo, đối tác và duy trì cơ sở dữ liệu truyền thông.
  • Tham gia thực hiện, hỗ trợ các chương trình, chiến dịch nhằm phát triển thương hiệu.
YÊU CẦU
  1. Trình độ đào tạo:
  • Đang học năm cuối Đại học hoặc đã tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành ngành Truyền thông, Báo chí, Marketing hoặc liên quan.
  1. Kinh nghiệm, kiến thức chuyên môn, kĩ năng:
  • Kỹ năng viết, tạo nội dung, chỉnh sửa hình ảnh và video clip.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp cả bằng văn bản và lời nói.
  • Thành thạo Microsoft Office, hệ thống quản trị nội dung và nền tảng truyền thông xã hội (Facebook, Instagram, v.v.).
  • Có kỹ năng sử dụng tiếng Anh tốt (ưu tiên kỹ năng đọc và viết).
  1. Các yêu cầu khác:
  • Có kỹ năng tổ chức, sắp xếp và lập kế hoạch công việc.
  • Trung thực, cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, có trách nhiệm trong công việc.
  • Chăm chỉ, ham học hỏi, chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc.
  • Khả năng giao tiếp, xử lý tình huống linh hoạt, nhạy bén.
