The hotel is now looking for potential candidates for a position with crucial information as follows:

• Position: Human Resources Intern
• Internship Duration: Full-time, 03 months
• Benefits:
  • Allowance: VND 1,000,000/ month;
  • Shift Meals and uniforms provided;
  • Dedicated guidance and training.
• Job Description:
  • Update the company’s database by entering new employees’ contact information and their job details and working hours.
  • Screen potential candidates’ CVs and cover letters to identify suitable candidates, then hand over the list to a human resources specialist or department head.
  • Contact candidates to notify interview schedules and support interview organization.
  • Post recruitment notices on websites as well as on social networks to attract talent; remove notifications after filling vacancies.
  • Support human resources specialists in the office to collect information about market salaries, changes and tendencies in the labor market.
  • Assist in planning corporate events.
  • Prepare and send emails inviting/notifying interview results to candidates.
