Phụ trách các công tác nghiệp vụ thư viện

Thực hiện nghiệp vụ thư viện và giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến thư viện: Công tác bổ sung tài liệu; Quản lý và kiểm kê nguồn tài nguyên; Theo dõi, quản lý báo – tạp chí; Thống kê, theo dõi và báo cáo tình hình đọc sách tại thư viện; Quản lý hồ sơ sổ sách thư viện;
Thực hiện theo nghiệp vụ xử lý, phân loại, quản lý kho tài liệu, kiểm nhận, xếp kho, đưa vào sử dụng;
Phục vụ nhu cầu mượn trả tài liệu trong thư viện; quản lý phòng tự học tại tầng 2, giữ ổn định trật tự trong thư viện; giải đáp thắc mắc bạn đọc; quản lý việc mượn sách quá hạn;
Giới thiệu sách mới, sưu tầm tài liệu phục vụ dạy và học;
Biên mục sách báo, tạp chí, tài liệu;
Quản trị nội dung các trang tài liệu trực tuyến liên quan đến Thư viện VNUK;
Thực hiện các báo cáo hoạt động Thư viện hàng tháng;

Tổ chức các phong trào phát triển văn hóa đọc

Lập kế hoạch và tổ chức các chương trình, cuộc thi;
Phối hợp và hỗ trợ câu lạc bộ Sách tổ chức hoạt động nhằm lan tỏa văn hóa đọc trong toàn Viện.

Các công tác khác liên quan theo yêu cầu của Lãnh đạo Viện:

Xây dựng kế hoạch hoạt động năm học; kế hoạch mua sắm tài liệu, phần mềm phục vụ cho giảng dạy và nghiên cứu;
Xây dựng dự toán kinh phí hoạt động cho Thư viện;
Thực hiện các thủ tục thanh toán liên quan đến hoạt động của Thư viện;
Thực hiện các công việc khác được phân công bởi Lãnh đạo Viện

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành về Thư viện - Thông tin hoặc chuyên ngành kinh tế, ngoại ngữ (ưu tiên có chứng chỉ nghiệp vụ thư viện).
Tinh thần trách nhiệm, trung thực.
Năng động, nhiệt tình, kiên trì, chịu khó, sáng tạo.
Có khả năng tổ chức và quản lý, lập kế hoạch, báo cáo.
Có ý chí cầu tiến, tinh thần nghiên cứu, học hỏi nâng cao nghiệp vụ. Yêu cầu khác: Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí tương tự ở trường học hoặc vị trí tương đương
