I obtained my MSc in Analytical Chemistry from Sheffield Hallam University and my BEng in Polymer Chemistry of Chemical Engineering from The Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam.
In my master’s thesis, I worked with “RNA-Seq data” in which I had to use bioinformatics tools to examine the expression of genes. I began interested in data and working with python and R from then.
I grew up in Danang, middle of Vietnam, worked in Ho Chi Minh City after undergrad. After spent many months in the UK, I returned to Danang and joined VNUK in 2018.
