Shilla Resort is proud to be the first resort of Shilla Monogram Brand which is managed by The Shilla Hotels & Resort, a subsidiary of Samsung Group, and a member of World’s Leading Hotels – the world’s leading hotel organization. Invested by Thanh Cong Group, which has grown strongly in the brand of Hyundai cars and the previous real estate segment, we have 309 rooms, suites and villas with 2 main restaurants, bars and many other amenities such as Spa, Sauna, Fitness Center or Shopping Mall.

The resort is now looking for potential candidates for many positions with crucial information as follows:

• Trainee Positions:
  • Housekeeping Attendant Trainee
  • F&B Attendant Trainee
  • Guest Activities Attendant Trainee (Male)
  • Lobby Attendant Trainee (Male)
  • IT Officer Trainee
  • Sales & Marketing Coordinator Trainee
  • Finance Officer Trainee
• Internship Duration: Minimum 3 months to 6 months.
• Working Time: Full-time 09 hours/day (including 1 hour for duty meal); 05 days/week (02 days off)
• Benefits:
  • Certificate of the internship completion;
  • Monthly Allowances (VND 1,000,000/month)*;
    *For full standard working days and subject to the department’s need and trainee’s skills and experiences;
  • Service change applied from the 4th month incrementally from the first working day with figures to 15%;
  • Accident insurance 24/24 is applied from the first working day;
  • Uniform**, shuttle bus and duty meal;
    **T-shirt is provided, individuals prepare their own black trousers and shoes
  • Proper 3-month training plan;
