KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment & On-boarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process to make sure talents have been provided of high quality & at the right time,
  • Create excellent experience for candidate,
  • Initiate & play key role in Employer branding activities,
  • Plan & coordinate on-boarding activities for new hires,
  • Ensure HR records are maintained,
  • Ensuring compliance with VNUK’s policy and procedures together with Vietnamese law.

Learning & Development:

  • Assess training needs
  • Develop and deliver training programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Create and maintain learning materials
  • Keep up with industry trends & Research new training methods
  • Manage budgets
  • Collaborate with other departments

Performance Management:

  • Coordinate to develop and execute programs and projects to evaluate, measure and improve employee performance.
  • Ensure that the assigned projects meets budgets and deadlines.

Employee relations:

  • Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources,
  • Conduct exit interviews,
  • Collect and analyze employee data,
  • Organize and update employee files,
  • Adhere to regulatory standards.

Others:

  • Lead or coordinate key programs/projects of the University for students as assigned by Leaders (Ex: VNUK Future Leaders, …),
  • Support key events and/or workshops which are University wide.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluence English.
  • Good at communication skills, negotiation skills & Organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented & Self-driven.
  • Result-oriented & Residence.
  • Experienced in Recruitment activities.
  • Love to work in the Education industry and have experience in other HR fields are a plus.
