KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate the organization and implementation of orientation week events, activities after orientation week, especially activities to promote cultural integration for students;
  • Participate in and contribute to the effective integration of new students into the learning environment of VNUK; enhance the college experience of first-year students;
  • Participate in helping students actively participate in the community inside and outside VNUK;
  • Coordinate with VNUK team to answer students’ questions and concerns;
  • Build and maintain relationships with parents when necessary to effectively support students;
  • Foster a supportive student environment and culture so that when requests are made, requests are responded quickly and efficiently; contribute to promote a student-centered cultural environment;
  • Coordinate with the communication department so that students know the activities to support students, and know how to approach;
  • Manage the support mailbox of VNUK; be responsible for coordinating with relevant departments to handle comments àn complaints seriously on the basis of information confidentially; transfer student support requests to the correct Faculty and Department within VNUK;
  • Coordinate with Head of Well-being and Student Engagement on how to handle complaints from students and parents;
  • Conduct student feedback to measure, evaluate and capture student experience;
  • Build a data system, manage data related to students’ experiences, opinions and feedbacks;
  • Participate in projects and activities to enhance student experience when required;
  • Perform administrative procedures related to the CX department;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of the department or the Dean of VNUK.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent organizational skills (include: planning, timing & prioritizing);
  • Competent Microsoft office skills;
  • Teamwork & interpersonal skill;
  • High sense of confidentiality & Empathy;
  • Experience in education industry is a plus.
