The Research & International Office serves as an advisory and implementing unit to the Director in managing and coordinating activities related to scientific research, international cooperation, and other relevant domestic and international affairs.

The Department is responsible for managing and ensuring quality in the field of science and technology; fostering research capacity among staff and students; providing consultation, support, and management for exchange and transfer students under international partnership programs; and certifying academic documents and translations in support of the Institute’s external relations activities for staff and students.
