Have You Truly Understood Stroke – Its Causes, Warning Signs, Prevention, and First Aid?

Stroke is no longer an unfamiliar term. Yet, how many of us truly understand it? Stroke can occur at any age, and for each age group, its causes and symptoms differ. The ability to recognise early warning signs, grasp the severity of the condition, and respond appropriately in those critical, life-or-death moments can make the difference between loss and survival.

With the aim of disseminating accurate knowledge and promoting essential skills in stroke awareness and first aid, the Survival Skills Vietnam (SSVN) team, in collaboration with the Vietnam–UK Institute for Research and Executive Education (VNUK), University of Danang, is organising a highly practical community event.

Topic: Early Recognition of Stroke and Correct First Aid, delivered directly by Mr. Tony Coffey – an experienced paramedic from Australia – and Ms. Trang Jena Nguyen, founder of SSVN.

This event is fully sponsored by SSVN and hosted at VNUK’s venue, enabling the public to access internationally standardized knowledge completely free of charge.

🌿 Equip yourself with the knowledge and composure needed to act decisively when a family member, friend, or even a stranger is in critical condition.
