Self-development planning is about raising self and social-awareness, developing personal and professional relationships and building a personal action plan. The action plan is based on a critical reflection of themselves, assessment of their skills and the identification of what they need in terms of knowledge, character and skills in order to achieve their own personal goals and objectives. t It provides students with ways to manage stress and balance their emotions as well as develop an individual approach to learning in order to build a solid foundation for their continuing education and career.
In PDP, students will cultivate confidence, be assertive and learn to work effectively on teams. They will write a CV, keep a journal, create a life vision, identify and evaluate their skills, and explore social responsibility by planning and embracing a charity event here in Danang. The entire course is designed to expand their digital capacities, foster creativity, build character and develop an understanding of themselves and others in order to best manage themselves and relationships in a global community.
Overall Course Objective: Take a step towards becoming a professional learner that maximizes the experiences of learning through awareness, critical thinking, creativity, and a variety of additional skills. At the same time grow as a socially responsible, emotionally intelligent and positive character within our VNUK community and beyond.
