Introduction
This scholarship is open to international students (non-Vietnamese) studying at universities in other countries and participating in the student exchange program at VNUK.
Scholarship Value
- The scholarship varies from 25% to 100% of the tuition fee for an exchange period at VNUK.
- The scholarship may cover living expenses of up to 4 million VND/month for 4 months.
Requirements for consideration and grant of scholarships
- Studying at a university in the world outside of Vietnam, priority will be given to students from partner universities with which the Institute or the University of Danang has a valid student exchange agreement.
- Have an academic record with a minimum cumulative score of 2.5/4.
- IELTS score of 5.5 or higher for students from countries where English is not the first language.
- Completed at least one academic year with a minimum of 20 credits in the previous academic year;
- Have enough health to stay in Vietnam during the exchange period.
Criteria for consideration and grant of scholarships
- Academic achievements;
- IELTS scores (for students whose countries where English is not the first language).
- Personal achievements, experience, and certifications of extracurricular activities;
- Personal characteristics: Communication skills, academic and personal goals, maturity level, motivation, and ability to adapt to other cultures.
Scholarship Profile
- Official letter of recommendation from the school where the applicant is studying;
- Letter of motivation (Minimum 750 words);
- A letter of recommendation from a faculty member that the candidate worked with the most recent year;
- Academic achievements and certificates of extracurricular achievements;
- Passport copy.
